She got for fame after her debut in Bollywood film industry. She play lead role with Bollywood bold kissing actor Emraan Hashmi in "Raja Natwarlal" released in 2014. She was criticized in Pakistan for play bold role in that film. But film was flopped in Bollywood and Lollywood.  

Humaima made her acting debut on Pakistani Media channel "HUM TV" with drama serial "Ishq Junoon Deewangi". Then she was appeared in Barish Kay Ansoo , Tanveer Fatima (B.A), Tair-e-Lahoti, Aja Mai Tennu Pyar Kara, Talluq and Akbari Asghari.
